Tribal Style Drum Solo with TribalTique
Learn a thrilling drum solo choreography done in TribalTique's unique tribal fusion style featuring lots of locking and fun combos… Simple enough for the beginning dancer but sure to include enough layering to be challenging for the advanced dancer. Each student will receive a handout with the choreography notes as well as a CD of the drum solo piece. Come dressed to sweat and bring plenty of water and a yoga mat.

Intro to Drumming and Tribal Style Drum Solo with Lawrence Osborn of Kara Nomadica
For all you dancers and friends of dancers who want to know how to drum, this workshop is for you! The first half is geared towards beginning drummers who want to learn the basics of playing a good drum jam perfect for dancers to dance to. In the second half of the workshop students will learn to drum a simple tribal style drum solo great for beginners and advanced drummers alike. Each student will receive a handout and a CD of the drum solo piece. Some drums will be available to borrow, please try to bring your own.

TribalTique is celebrating the holidays again with a hafla and student performance salon! We've planned a full day of fun, all at one convenient location right off of I-25 in Fort Collins. Performances by Denver and Fort Collins TribalTique students, local guest tribal troupes, and of course a new show-stopper finale by TribalTique. Open dancing and drum jam for all to participate! Bring your dance belts, zils and drums, we're ready to make a racket. Enjoy a full cash bar, fabulous shopping of tribal dance goodies from Tribe Nawaar, TribalTique merchandise for sale (great gift ideas), as well as fabulous door prizes!
Doors open at 6:30PM, performances at 7PM, open dance until 9PM
$5 in advance, $7 at the door; ALL AGES
